公司有注冊(cè)建造師、會(huì)計(jì)師、造價(jià)師、安全工程師，中、高級(jí)工程技術(shù)人員500余人，擁有資質(zhì)范圍內(nèi)各類(lèi)工程的施工組織管理和工藝操作技術(shù)人才。公司裝備各種施工設(shè)備3000多臺(tái)，大型吊裝設(shè)備和先進(jìn)施工設(shè)備的裝備，為大噸位設(shè)備的吊裝、機(jī)械化施工提供了保障；同時(shí)，公司裝備有各種先進(jìn)的調(diào)試檢測(cè)儀器，具備資質(zhì)范圍內(nèi)工程的調(diào)試檢測(cè)能力。

Established 60 years ago, Sheng’an Construction Group Co., Ltd. is for all the time engaging in optimization and adopting favorable management, pushing forward its corporate culture and improving its force and credit and has now developed into a large joint-stock enterprise group of general contractor of construction with six holding subsidiaries.
The company possesses its first grade qualification for petrochemical engineering, power engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering and constructional engineering. It has been granted with a number of professional contracting qualifications and technical license certificate. The company has passed the certifications of management system on quality, environment, occupational health and safety. The company has conducted the flat management system of clear procedures, specific task and duty, smooth communication, normalized management and effective assessment. It has fully integrated the ERP information system with the management system to ensure the fluent, efficient business operations.
The company has a staff of more than 500 people who are registered construction engineers, certified accountants, cost appraisers and safety engineers, and medium and senior engineering technicians in fields of organizational management and process operations of all projects within the qualification scope. The company is equipped with over 3000 devices and machines, large hoisting equipment and advanced construction equipment for handling of heavy equipment and mechanized construction as well as other precise instruments for commissioning and testing within the qualification scope.
